The average salary of a Salesforce administrator is $80,000 USD (and can be much more for experienced, certified admins!). Oftentimes, in smaller organisations, these admins are not fully utilised, so you end up paying for something you’re not even using!

Under our subscription model, you can pause or cancel at any time, meaning you are only paying for an admin when and if you need them.

Other remote or virtual admin providers will typically lock you into a 6 or 12 month contract, forcing you to potentially pay for services that aren’t even going to be used.

With Cloudy Knights monthly subscription plans, you’ll be able to flexibly amend your admin spend by upgrading, downgrading, pausing or canceling your plan at any time.

Standard requests will typically on average 2 business days to deliver. Requests may need clarification, which may delay their delivery. Furthermore, some requests may be marked as “complex” and these will take longer to deliver.

Complex requests are any requests that will take more than 3 hours to complete. These requests will be given an hours estimate upon analysis and sent back for approval.

Once approved, we’ll start work on the request.

You may pause your plan at any time by contacting Cloudy Knights. Your support will then end at the start of the next month/billing period.

In order to resume your plan, contact Cloudy Knights and you can jump right in again from where you left off. You’ll still have access to your request board so it’ll be like you never left!

When you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome pack that will give you access to your own Trello board. There will be a number of card templates that will help you get started for more common requests (e.g. new user request template).

You can add whatever additional detail and flavour to these cards - documents, spreadsheets, mock-ups, wireframes, video explainers.

As many as you’d like! The sky’s the limit. As long as there are requests on the board, we’ll work on them.

We’ll revise requests until you are happy with what we’ve delivered.

No stress. We can upgrade your plan for that month so you have enough hours for us to complete the urgent request and downgrade your plan once the crisis is over!

Unfortunately, no. Not only is this a breach of the terms of service with Salesforce, but it’s also against best practice security principles.

Cloudy Knights will need our own separate System Administrator login.
