Trust & security

Who holds access, and what happens when that changes.

Published so your IT or procurement team doesn't have to ask. The same rules apply whether we are administering Salesforce or applying AI-native services to the rest of the stack.

Access model
  • INNamed administrator users, never shared logins
  • INAccess requested per engagement and revoked at close
  • INRead-only access where read-only is enough
  • INOffboarding within one business day of a person leaving
  • OUTStanding System Administrator rights held indefinitely
Data handling
  • Working files in Australian-hosted systems
  • Sub-processors listed and kept current
  • Backup practice stated per tier
  • Professional indemnity and cyber cover, on request
AI usage policy

Is our data used to train AI models?

We do not put your data into any AI tool that trains on it. AI-native delivery is how we make admin more efficient; it is not a licence to train on your records. We use AI under configurations that exclude training on input. If you want that in writing as part of the engagement, ask and we will provide it.

Salesforce's Einstein Trust Layer is designed so that data sent to a model is not retained or used for training. That is Salesforce's architecture rather than ours, and you should confirm the current terms in your own agreement with them.
